3. Is the artwork ready to be placed on the wall?
Yes! We provide a "Ready To Hang" canvas where your artwork is printed, framed, and delivered ready to hang. Your package will arrive with the artwork hanging kit, ready to go up.

4. Can I order custom sizes or personalized art?
Absolutely! We offer customizable sizes for most of our art pieces. If you're looking for personalized artwork, we can work with you to create a design tailored to your space and style preferences.

5. What is the delivery time and shipping process?
Our art pieces are made-to-order, with standard production times of 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 5–7 days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Do you offer digital downloads?
Not directly, should you require a digital artwork for a purchased piece, reach out to us and we can supply the high resolution print file based on your requirements. This allows you to print the artwork locally in your preferred size and material, giving you creative control over the final presentation.

7. What is your return policy?
As each piece is custom-made, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
